Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Housing Income Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Property Management department, you will be responsible for managing rent accounts, ensuring timely collection of rental income, and providing advice and guidance to tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage rent accounts and ensure timely collection of rental income
- Monitor arrears and take appropriate action to prevent escalation
- Provide advice and guidance to tenants on rent payments and benefits
- Prepare and present reports on income collection for management
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and communication with tenants
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies to resolve issues
- Adhere to company policies and statutory regulations related to property management
