Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housing Income Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Property Management department, you will be responsible for managing rent accounts, ensuring timely collection of rental income, and providing advice and guidance to tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rent accounts and ensure timely collection of rental income
  • Monitor arrears and take appropriate action to prevent escalation
  • Provide advice and guidance to tenants on rent payments and benefits
  • Prepare and present reports on income collection for management
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and communication with tenants
  • Liaise with other departments and external agencies to resolve issues
  • Adhere to company policies and statutory regulations related to property management
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental development
Requirements
  • Proficiency in managing rental income
