Primary SEN Educator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled primary SEN educator to provide support to children with special educational needs in primary schools across Selby. If you have a passion for inclusive education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of these children, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children with SEND.
- Develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote academic growth and social development.
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, other support staff, and parents to ensure seamless support and communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
We require a qualified teacher with experience working with children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of inclusive education principles, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £45,000 based on qualifications, experience, and location.
