About the Role

Our client, a reputable family-owned domiciliary care agency, is seeking a skilled Registered Care Manager to drive the success and reputation of their business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the development and daily operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, manage, and support a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to elderly clients in their own homes.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain the company's excellent reputation.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends, ensuring the well-being of clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in domiciliary care, preferably as an Assistant Manager or Care Manager.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A commitment to continuous training and personal development, with a focus on delivering exceptional care.
  • A UK Driving Licence and ability to drive, with a valid license.
