About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our domiciliary care agency, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for providing high-quality care to elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our clients
  • Recruit, manage, and support a team of care professionals
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends
Requirements
  • Prior experience in domiciliary care, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Care Manager
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • A commitment to continuous training and personal development
  • A UK Driving Licence and ability to drive
