About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the company's reputation for providing high-quality care to elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of clients and their families.
  • Recruit, manage, and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a caring environment aligned with high professional standards.
  • Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in domiciliary care, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Care Manager.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to continuous training and personal development.
  • A UK Driving Licence and be able to drive.
