We're seeking a skilled Hybrid Working Project Specialist with experience in construction, marine, defense, or civil engineering to support project controls, financial oversight, and process optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying project control processes to ensure consistent project delivery and achieving set targets.
  • Utilizing scheduling techniques to optimize project plans, track dependencies, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Monitoring project progress, handling financial activities, and preparing forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Compiling reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support project audits and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and supporting financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Fostering strong relationships with project managers, stakeholders, and partners to drive collaboration and success.
  • Developing and implementing project tools, processes, and templates to enhance efficiency and productivity.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in a related field such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite, and experience with ERP systems would be beneficial.
