Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £47,000 basic, plus benefits that include 33 days holiday, 24/7 onsite canteen, overtime options, contributory pensions scheme, and ongoing training.
Job Description
This exciting role involves supporting the maintenance team in a fast-paced automated environment, ensuring the efficient operation of production lines and maintaining health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantling and replacing machine parts
- Upholding health and safety regulations
- Conducting mandatory logs and mechanical repairs on conveyor systems
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Several years' experience working within a FMCG environment, preferably in food production
- A completed onsite apprenticeship or level 3 NVQ in Engineering or similar
- Confidence working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, rollers, gearboxes, fabrication repairs, fitting new parts etc.
