Lead Cybersecurity Specialist for IC Service

Job Summary:

IC Service & Maintenance seeks a highly skilled Lead Cybersecurity Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for servicing maintenance contracts, acting as a technical advisor to clients, and ensuring the safe operation of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing of maintenance contracts in accordance with company operating procedures
  • Acting as a technical advisor to clients and reporting any issues affecting the safe operation of systems
  • Repairing and maintaining systems, identifying and replacing defective parts
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults
  • Testing installations in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines
  • Traveling between sites to respond to emergency call-outs and providing solutions and remedial works
  • Holding advanced knowledge in Access Control, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Door Entry Systems
  • Reporting defects to clients or maintenance managers, including completing work sheets via a tablet
  • Performing other duties as required

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with competitive salary rates and access to overtime hours. The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license. All work will be carried out to British Standards, and the candidate will be security screened to BS7858.
