Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to join our team at IC Service & Maintenance. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of different types of systems and a good working knowledge of a wide range of control panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing of maintenance contracts in accordance with company operating procedures
  • Act as technical advisor to the client and report any issues affecting safe operation of the systems
  • Repair and maintain systems identifying and replacing defective parts
  • Diagnose and repair faults
  • Test installations in accordance with manufacturers guidelines
  • Travel between sites to respond to emergency call outs providing solutions and carrying out any remedial works
  • Have advanced knowledge in Access Control, Intruder Alarm, CCTV & Door Entry Systems
  • Report defects to client or maintenance managers – including completing work sheets via a tablet
  • Other duties as required
