Product and Procurement Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Product and Procurement Co-ordinator to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day smooth running of the Procurement function, processing requests and product updates, and reviewing process documents related to Products and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Procurement function, ensuring efficient and effective processing of requests and product updates.
  • Review and update process documents related to Products and Procurement, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver world-class expertise and best-of-breed technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 GCSEs at 'C' level or above, including English and Maths.
  • IT Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Some exposure to databases.
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
