Strategic Somerset Communities Manager

We are seeking a Community Development Manager to join our team in Somerset. As a key member of the Programmes Team, you will work closely with the Head of Programmes, Community Leaders, Commissioners, partner organisations, and stakeholders to achieve our strategic goals.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the SDC team, collaborating with colleagues to develop new programmes that meet community needs, and analysing performance data to evaluate service design. You will also be responsible for compiling reports for the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees, as well as external funders.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, as well as access to training and development opportunities.
