We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our team as a CAMHS Practitioner. The successful applicant will work across our service to identify individuals who present with vulnerabilities, including mental health issues, neurodevelopmental disorders, and substance misuse.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct complex mental health assessments, including risk assessments, to identify individuals who require support.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the needs of service users.
- Build and maintain relationships with service users, professional partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to service users.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions to ensure high-quality care.
- Experience of complex mental health assessments and decision-making.
- Ability to build relationships with service users and professional partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies.
