About the Role

The Study Programme Tutor will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to learners. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our learners receive the best possible education and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans and schemes of work
  • Assess student progress and provide individualized support
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to engage with learners and promote our programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of our Study Programme
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CertEd, PGCE, CTLLS, DTLLS)
  • Minimum level 2 qualification in maths and English
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Study Programme and Functional Skills Subject Content
  • Previous experience of teaching to groups and delivering Employability Skills and Functional Skills qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
