Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Chase de Vere. As a key member of our Personal Injury Trust Service, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our PICOP Advisers, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective support service to our clients and solicitors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to instil confidence in our clients and stakeholders. You will also have a proactive approach to the role and management of your individual workload, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our PICOP Advisers, including diary management and coordination of client meetings.
  • Liaise with clients and solicitors to ensure all relevant Trust documentation is issued correctly.
  • Produce relevant paperwork for clients, including quotations, illustrations, valuations, and client reports.
  • Process new business documentation and facilitate client requests regarding withdrawals, income, and tax queries.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent.
  • Experience within an administration role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to the role and management of your individual workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to instil confidence in clients and stakeholders.
