Low Observability Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Low Observability Solutions Specialist to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing, progressing and delivering against the risk reduction and qualification strategies that will bring a product into service.
You will work closely with related MBDA LO teams who undertake Radio Frequency (RF) signature and Infra-red (IR) signature assessments to ensure coherence across the patch. This will involve you gathering performance baselines that contribute to wider evidence sets as inputs to reporting, managing the supply chain to ensure procurements are on time, on quality and on cost, and interacting with wider business areas of the company to jointly deliver against requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need higher education or experience within subject fields such as Physics, Electromagnetics, Electrical, mechanical or similar, project co-ordination management experience, and ideally some supply chain exposure. You must also have an analytical mind-set and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to communicate well with a wide range of stakeholders.
