Debt Collection Specialist

A leading accountancy practice in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of credit control, including debt collection and relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with large client bases and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Sage is essential, as well as the ability to develop a solid system for managing credit control using all Sage tools.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic role that requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to maintain good payment habits and resolve any long-standing issues.
Responsibilities- Chase outstanding debt and build strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain good payment habits
- Develop and implement a solid system for managing credit control using Sage tools
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
- Experience working with large client bases
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Sage
- Ability to learn new software
