Key Responsibilities

The HR Development Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing tailored advice and support on human resources topics
  • Contributing to business change and transformation
  • Building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management is required, as well as GCSEs at grade 4-9 in both Maths and English (Language and/or Literature). The salary for this position is £25,000, plus additional benefits including a generous pension contribution of up to 15%, annual bonus award, share schemes, and a range of wellbeing initiatives.

This is a fixed-term apprenticeship contract, with a duration of approximately 18 months. During this time, you will be placed in one of our HR teams, where you will gain valuable experience and develop your skills. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, your salary will be increased in line with the grade and pay range for your role.
