Job Overview
As a People Management Specialist at Hovis Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our manufacturing and logistics teams. This involves acting as a trusted employee relations (ER) expert to provide end-to-end case management and support, coach and guide our managers in the implementation of people processes and effective people management.

Your approachable, influential, and proactive nature will help drive the alignment & execution of the People Strategy & Plans to develop, keep and enhance the contribution of employees to the short and long-term business needs.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong employee relations case management experience.
  • Previous experience working in a unionised environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent by experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and a strong foundation and understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements.
