Job Summary

Permanent Futures is looking for a skilled L&D Program Manager - Cumbria to develop and implement learning and development programmes across the site. This role requires strong leadership skills, as the incumbent will be responsible for direct impact on the site performance and site culture.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry. They will work closely with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects and lead the site apprenticeship scheme.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing learning and development programmes across the site.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the site training team.
  • Leading the site apprenticeship scheme.
  • Working with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects.

You Will Need:

  • Prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry.
