  • Foster effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a unified approach to APIR and safeguarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare and social care professionals from children's and adults services.
  • Meet and exceed practice standards, delivering high-quality training and guidance as needed.
  • Establish a deep understanding of local family support services, promoting collaborative working with the voluntary and community sector.
  • Utilize electronic case recording/reporting tools with expertise, ensuring accurate and up-to-date child records.
  • Implement council policies on diversity and equality into daily practice.
  • Promote the excellence of Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in providing high-quality services to children and families.

Requirements:

  • Social work qualification with registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in managing social work caseloads and supervising others.
  • Experience of community and/or group work.
  • Knowledge of children's health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
