Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors and maintenance teams.
- Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Manage the site's health and safety, ensuring that all necessary checks and procedures are in place.
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of residents and stakeholders.
- Strong administration skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment.
- Passion for providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
