The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Manager to join our talented team at West Hall – home for up to 117 residents between 3 luxury lodges. We pride ourselves on the care we provide – receiving Outstanding on every CQC inspection since 2016. Working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £38,948.00 per annum.

What does it mean to be a Care Manager?

  • Delivery of a service which is economically viable, managing resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
  • You'll be responsible for the quality of care provided – promoting individualized person-centered care, identifying and reporting any risks or poor practice in line with Anchors safeguarding policy.
  • Lead audits and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Accountable for the success of the lodge - through effective marketing, financial management, community engagement, managing occupancy / recruitment levels and overall customer experience.
