We are seeking a Care Manager to join our team at West Hall, a luxury care home for up to 117 residents. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of a service which is economically viable, managing resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for the quality of care provided, promoting individualized person-centered care, identifying and reporting any risks or poor practice in line with Anchors safeguarding policy.
- Lead audits and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Accountable for the success of the lodge - through effective marketing, financial management, community engagement, managing occupancy / recruitment levels and overall customer experience.
About You:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced manager from a small – medium care home. You should have a strong understanding of CQC standards and their impact in care management and practice. Outstanding leadership and people management skills are essential, promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. A complete understanding of the needs of older people and dementia care is also required.
