About the Role

Estuary Housing Association is seeking an experienced Asset Data Analyst to join our team. As an Asset Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the data held within our asset management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain high-quality stock data and integrity within the asset management system.
  • Work closely with Stock Condition Surveyors to validate survey information and ensure accurate data upload.
  • Lead liaison with internal and external auditors regarding data integrity and provide historical and reporting functions on compliance audits.
  • Undertake audits and quality checks of data held in the system, scrutinising and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Built Environment void disposal programme.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social housing property maintenance or asset management or a similar technical background.
  • Experience working with stock condition databases and stock performance modelling tools, repair & maintenance systems.
  • Advanced Excel and sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages and other databases.
  • Proficiency in complex relational databases with excellent analytic and numerical skills.
  • An appreciation of financial processes relating to property Asset Management.
