About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Performance Manager to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a Service Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance management processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service performance and drive business outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on performance management best practices and industry standards.
- Lead improvement projects to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance management, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ISO requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000.
- ITIL Practitioner V3 or V4 certification.
- Ability to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance.
