About The Role: Complete Jobs is currently seeking an exceptional Senior Care Manager to lead our care team.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the home, while also promoting and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Developing and implementing person-centered care plans • Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve operational objectives • Leading and motivating a team of care staff and nursing staff • Communicating effectively with relatives and other healthcare professionals • Maintaining accurate records and reports • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives


What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career development, and a supportive team environment. All post holders are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS disclosure.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a current NMC registration, evidence of continued professional development, and a teaching and mentor or supervision qualification. You will also have extensive experience working with older people and a strong understanding of person-centered care.
