Avenue Care Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Home Health Support Worker to join our team in Perth and Falkirk. As a Home Health Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

We are offering a competitive salary of £15.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £31.00 per week (£15.50 p/h + 50% shift pay). If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and support, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support clients with mobility issues, ensuring their safety and independence
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Good level of English
  • Previous experience in care work (not essential)
  • Able to commit to regular shifts, including weekends
