We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:

· Social Support: Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming etc.

· Medical Support: Administering and monitoring medication.

· Practical Support: Helping people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping.

The salary for this role is approximately £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:

You must be flexible, as the shifts vary from early, back, late, and sleepover. Hours available are Full Time, Part Time and Bank.
