We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Constellation Careers as a Retail Associate for Southampton FC.
As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing and taking card payments correctly, and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide a welcoming and cheerful personality to our guests
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the unit
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Living in the local area with accessibility to Southampton FC (St Marys Stadium)
- Experience in a Retail/Customer Service environment (CV required for application)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
