Job Title: Southampton FC Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Constellation Careers. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Living in the local area with easy access to Southampton FC (St Marys Stadium)
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (not essential)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
