We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Constellation Careers. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing and taking card payments, and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and take card payments correctly and ensure the security of your till
  • Have a good understanding of till systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to ensure that our guests have a great experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the unit and ensure that health and safety standards are met
  • Have a welcoming and cheerful personality

Requirements:

  • Live in the local area with accessibility to Southampton FC (St Marys Stadium)
  • Experience in a Retail/Customer Service environment (CV required for application) - Not essential
  • Be over 18 due to the nature of the role and working hours
  • Additional training will be provided on shift by a manager
  • Have excellent communication and remain calm under pressure

Constellation offers a work-life balance where the working schedule suits you.

Pay Rate:

£12.00 per hour

Fixtures:

We have a variety of fixtures throughout the season, including Saturday and Sunday matches. Please note that all games are subject to change if picked for TV.
