Job Opportunity: Senior HR Advisor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support to managers on all aspects of employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with HR colleagues and demonstrate a deep understanding of the organization's vision and values
* Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring efficient outcomes and adherence to company policies and procedures
* Support employees and managers on terms and conditions of service, employment policies, and procedures
* Undertake absence management and exit leaving projects
* Offer advice on proposed re-organization structures, helping to deliver and mitigate risk

**What We Offer**

* A competitive salary of £39,000 to £42,000 per annum
* Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days of home working

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and company policies
