We are seeking a PBS Support Specialist to join our team at Inspirational Changes Consulting Ltd.

">About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, leading staff training and debriefs, functional assessment and analysis of behaviour, developing and evaluating Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and increasing skills and independence of the individuals we support.

This is a hybrid role requiring home-based work with occasional travel to services across Shropshire, Telford, and the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have experience in the PBS field, completing assessments and developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, strong leadership skills, and a full UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to individuals with behaviours of concern.
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure effective delivery of PBS approaches.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on PBS principles and practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant PBS qualification.
  • Experience of working in the PBS field with individuals presenting behaviours that pose risks or limitations to their quality of life.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • A full UK driving license and own car with business insurance.

Competitive salary £35,500 - 40K per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
