Family Support and Care Coordinator

Our Fostering Service is committed to delivering exceptional support to foster carers and promoting positive outcomes for children and young people. As a Family Support and Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in achieving this vision.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing foster care needs and developing individualized support plans
- Maintaining regular contact with foster carers, providing guidance and support
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of child welfare principles and practices, with a focus on family-centered approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with foster carers, children, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including access to a secure pension scheme, generous leave entitlement, and opportunities for career development and progression.
