Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our forward-thinking nurse-led team at Didcot Community Hospital in Oxfordshire.

Main Duties of the Job

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and committed colleagues, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the rehabilitation and complex discharge management of patients with a wide range of conditions.

You will be responsible for supervising and supporting ward staff, providing information, training, and support to promote effective patient care, and contributing to the monitoring and auditing of standards of care.

Our ward is a great place to work, with a lovely outdoor garden space for patients and staff to enjoy. We offer full-time and part-time roles, with internal shift rotation, and a strong therapeutic presence within our friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Person Specification

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • Current NMC RN Level One or due to qualify following completion of University degree
  • Evidence of ongoing development and education
  • Rehabilitation skills
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams and other professionals
  • Ability to demonstrate potential for management and leadership
