About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and address their needs proactively.
- Maintain and update client information using Dynamics 365, purchase order processes, and invoicing.
- Support senior account managers in developing and implementing account strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in account management, customer success, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365, SalesForce, ZohoCRM.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client queries and provide timely solutions.
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
