Job Title: Skills and Development Coach

We are seeking an experienced Skills and Development Coach to join our team. As a Skills and Development Coach, you will play a key role in supporting a caseload of apprentices, ensuring they are on track to complete their programmes on time. You will be the main point of contact for the apprentices and will work closely with the employer, tutors, and client team to provide guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a caseload of apprentices in achieving their learning goals
  • Work closely with the employer, tutors, and client team to provide guidance and support
  • Monitor learner progression and provide feedback on portfolio submissions
  • Guide learner development through their programme using our bespoke e-portfolio system
  • Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment
Requirements:
  • Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate with an enthusiasm for learning
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional, with the ability to represent the brand to clients and apprentices
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Microsoft literate (Excel, Outlook)
