Job Title: Skills and Development Coach

We are seeking an experienced Skills and Development Coach to join our team, responsible for supporting a caseload of apprentices in achieving their goals and completing their programmes on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with apprentices to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Liaise with employers, tutors, and the client team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor learner progression and provide regular feedback and guidance.
  • Support apprentices through End Point Assessment and ensure they reach their highest potential.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers to ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding rules.
Requirements:
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners, with a passion for education and development.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues.
  • Confident and professional, with the ability to represent the company and its values.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload of learners.
  • Microsoft literacy, with experience of using Excel and Outlook.
