We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Knockbracken Healthcare in South Belfast.

- Minimum one year's experience in Administration.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
- Process all referrals received for the multi-disciplinary team in a timely and effective manner on Trust corporate systems and local databases.
- Order medical equipment and supplies for use by professional staff, using Trust IT systems.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all systems used, both manual and computerized, in accordance with local policy and procedure.
- Develop and implement systems to provide data returns that support the provision of service reports.
- Contribute to the development of local policies and procedures, as appropriate.
- Meet performance standards by completing tasks and duties in a timely manner.
- Band 3 - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Estimated annual salary: £34,940, paid weekly (£67 per hour).
This position requires a skilled Administrator to support the daily operations of our team.
