Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND pupils, possessing good behaviour management skills and previous experience in supporting students academically and emotionally. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to provide tailored support to each student, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, assisting students with daily tasks, and providing individualized support to those who require it. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and knowledge of SEND best practices will enable you to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

About the Role
