Psychology Support Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Secondary SEND pupils in KS3/KS4, providing individualized support to enhance their learning experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience in education and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to Secondary SEND pupils in KS3/KS4
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
