Role Overview
Ribbons & Reeves Limited is a leading education recruiter seeking an experienced and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team in Newham. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, providing tailored learning materials, and adjusting teaching methods to meet individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging learning materials tailored to each student's unique needs
- Adjust teaching methods to meet the individual requirements of students
- Support students' physical, social, and emotional well-being
- Construct an inspiring and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation

Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related subject from a top 20 UK university
- Prior experience working in a child-centered role, particularly those with special educational needs
- Confidence in handling challenging behaviors and supporting students with learning difficulties
