About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers through email and telephone, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service via email and telephone, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage engineers' diaries and schedule service visits, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  3. Maintain and update customer records on our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Update renewal information on the CRM system, keeping track of important deadlines and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Assist with basic marketing responsibilities, including creating content for social media, mailers, and customer offers.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role, proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite. You will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.

As a proactive and adaptable individual, you will be able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and as part of a team. Your strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to excel in this role.
