About the Role

We are looking for a talented Site Development Manager to join our team and lead the pre-construction activities for a major project at Sellafield. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing enabling works, including site clearance, utility relocations, and temporary works, and ensuring that these activities are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications and timelines.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, including oversight of enabling works and constructability reviews, and will be proficient in using CEMAR or similar contract administration tools. They will also possess excellent financial management skills with experience handling significant budgets and strong organisational and programme management skills.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum and a dynamic working environment that encourages growth and development.
