Job Overview:

DataTech Analytics is looking for a talented Revenue Growth Insights Lead to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive insights strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will also build and maintain effective relationships with C-Suite stakeholders, negotiate and prioritize insight deliverables, and interpret complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive insights strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with C-Suite stakeholders, negotiating and prioritizing insight deliverables.
  • Interpreting complex data into actionable insights, breaking down complexity through storytelling.
  • Managing workstacks, priorities, and team capacity across Insight Analysts and Specialists.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience leading a commercial division or sales team, specifically where revenues were advertising-based.
  • Insight capability, with a proven track record and knowledge of insight provision and activities that underpin strong insight and intelligence.
  • Business understanding, including industry sector, competitor activity, business pressures, market and financial challenges, and key drivers to achieve digital strategy.
  • Gravitas and confidence, with a strong track record of engaging with C-Suite/Senior Leaders and building long-term trusted relationships.

Salary: £92,000 - £110,000 (dependent on experience). Based in Central London, with hybrid working options available.
