Senior Sales Professional

Our team at Brenntag is seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team in the Bristol, Swansea, and London Area.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual Gross Profit budgets.
- Develop customer relationships using effective sales techniques and company procedures.
- Manage accounts against set targets, including mandatory face-to-face sales call quotas each month.
- Source and convert new trading accounts through business development.
- Maintain a sales plan for the area, monitoring and mapping time scales and actions required to achieve growth.
- Update and communicate customer pricing, negotiating when necessary.
- Identify new market and product sales opportunities, recording projects and updating CRM.
- Liaise with TSMs to maximise sales opportunities.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Contribute to industry and company product development to maximise sales opportunities.
- Complete daily Visit Reports, enabling relevant sales support team members to follow up on actions.
- Assist in managing Working Capital targets for the depot, including reducing bad debtors.
- Contribute to the budgeting process by forecasting sales and profit within the sales area.
Your Profile
- Experience in B2B Sales is essential.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, ideally in the Food industry or similar.
- A proven track record in building sales figures and margins within a competitive market.
