Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide responsive, customer-centric support to the business, handling general HR enquiries and administering HR processes aligned to the associate lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with associates and managers to provide first-line HR advice and guidance on general HR queries, policies, and procedures.
- Administer new starter processes, including offer letters, contracts of employment, and electronic new starter files.
- Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of starters, leavers, and pay changes.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and updating the applicant tracking system.
- Produce reports from HR systems on an ad-hoc and scheduled basis.
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to or re-directing enquiries to other team members as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations issues, such as attendance management and disciplinary meetings.
- Support the delivery of HR processes, including performance appraisals and merit review.
- Assist with visa and immigration administration.
- Experience working in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.
- CIPD qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with HR systems, such as PeopleSoft and Select HR, would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
