We are looking for a Teaching and Community Professional to join our team in Buckinghamshire.

Salary:£32,000 - £42,000 per annum

Job Summary

A successful Teaching and Community Professional will teach across the secondary age range, promoting academic excellence and social responsibility among students.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, management abilities, and a passion for community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tutoring students across the secondary age range.
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with parents and community organizations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willing to work towards it.
  • Degree or equivalent, with Maths and English to at least Level 2.
  • Leadership & Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Community Engagement: Experience working with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
