Rights Respecting Schools Advisor

ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Rights Respecting Schools Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the Rights Respecting Schools Award Programme in schools and allocated London boroughs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and be able to demonstrate a commitment to advocating for children's rights.
Responsibilities include promoting the RRSA Programme in schools and allocated London boroughs, supporting schools to achieve and maintain their rights respecting practice, and building relationships with key stakeholders. As a member of the ENGINEERINGUK team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our organisational values are embedded in everything we do, and we look for individuals who share our passion for making a difference.
