Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Sales Leader to join our team at Rocket Science Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the global sales team to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Identify, prioritize, and enter new market opportunities in the gaming industry.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue through strategic initiatives, market penetration, and expanding partnerships.
- Work closely with executive leadership to set sales targets and align them with overall business growth.
- Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies for different regions.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
- Set individual and team KPIs, manage performance, and offer guidance to ensure targets are met.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.
- Act as a key ambassador for Rocket Science Group in the global gaming industry.
- Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to the executive team.
- Use data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize the sales process.

- 10+ years in sales leadership, with a track record of success in global sales (preferably within the gaming or technology sector).

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
